Compensation:

All participants who successfully complete the requirements will receive a $30 Amazon gift card. The three top participants who recruit the most friends to join Locaccino will receive a bonus $40 Amazon gift card for a total of $70 in Amazon gift cards.

Study Requirements:

• Create a Locaccino account by logging in to www.locaccino.org with your Facebook ID
• Install the Locaccino Android App on your Android device
• Invite some of your Facebook friends to check your location on Locaccino

  Your friends are not required be in the study, they don’t need an Android phone, and they don’t even need to use the system, we just need them to create an account to see how you share your location with them. However, Locaccino is more fun if you do have friends that use it too, so we suggest you encourage them to give Locaccino a try.

• Use Locaccino for 4 weeks

  Make your location available from the Android app and configure your location sharing settings so that you can control when your friends can see you.

• Provide us with some feedback

  At least 4 days a week during the study, log on to www.locaccino.org from your computer and answer some very brief questions about the system. This should take at most 10 minutes. We’ll give you more instructions on how to provide feedback later.

• Complete our exit survey at the end of the 4 weeks
